Search criteria
Timetracker Reporting provides the main search criteria which you already know from the JIRA Issue Navigator and with a similar look and feel. You can search for projects, issues and worklogs and for their properties.
How to use
You can define your search criteria in two way:
- using the basic search
- using one of your favorite filters or JQL expression.
To change between the two, click on the Basic or Favorite Filters/Advanced link button on the right.
In case of basic search:
- You can search by users and/or groups to find all worklogs related to the selected user/group.
- You can search by project, issue type, issue Status.
- To find and use more criteria:
- Click on the "More" button.
- Select the criteria to appear.
- The available criterias are the following: Issue, Priority, Resolution, Assignee, Reporter, Affects Version, Fix Version, Component, Label, Create Date (Issue)
- Select the necessary values for the criteria.

- Reset Filter:Â You can reset all of the selected criteria to the default state (All).
In case of favorite filters/JQLÂ expression:
- You can search by users and/or groups to find all worklogs related to the selected user/group.
- You can search for your favorite filter, and select it OR you can write any JQL expressions in the JQL field.
- When you select a filter, the JQL field will be filled with its query expression automatically. You can then change the expression at any time.
- Â The query will primarily be based on the JQL field.
- You can add the start and end date of the interval with the Date Range Picker. The search will take into account the start time and end time (calculated on the basis of the duration) of the work logs.
