Why are Timetracker Server/Data Center prices increasing? 


We feel that we have succeeded in developing many high-value features and improvements for our Timetracker Server/Data Center app based on user requirements. We also improved the overall performance of the product to be more powerful for large companies and on Jira Data Center. 

We're committed to provide more value to you and to make more awesome new features in the next year as well. In order to keep up with the cost of feature development, providing great support, and performance optimization, we are adjusting our pricing from January 6, 2021.

When will the prices change?

Are the prices of Timetracker for Jira Cloud increasing?


No. The prices of Timetracker for Jira Cloud are staying the same. We are aware that we have a feature gap between our Server/DC version and Jira Cloud version and we're working hard to close the feature gap.

What about the renewal prices?


Existing customers are grandfathered at the old price for 60 days after price changes and past that date (2021.03.06.), all customers need to pay the new price.
