CSV import
You can import Issue Score’s Key-Value pairs with CSV, however, you should use the option ID as a number value in the CSV to reference the key-value option.
There are two way to identify the Key-Value option’s ID:
You can inspect the field with the browser developer console. In this case, look for the option’s “value”:
The other way is to go to the custom field configuration admin screen, select “Edit” on the option, and look up the valueId in the URL:
In the CSV you should provide the valueID for the Key-Value field, eg.
