Installation

Prerequisites

You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission to install Issue Score for JIRA.

The plugin is available only for JIRA On-Premise (Server). Please check the Compatibility Matrix for supported versions

The plugin can be downloaded from Atlassian Marketplace or can be installed through the UPM (Universal Plugin Manager).


Installing apps directly from administration console

If you are connected to the Atlassian Marketplace website from your Atlassian application's administration console:

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.

  2. Navigate to the Manage apps screen.

  3. Click "Find new apps".

  4. Locate Issue Score for JIRA via search.

  5. Click Free trial to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license.
  6. Enter necessary information when redirected to MyAtlassian.
  7. The software will now be installed and you can activate the License.


Installing by file upload

You can install an app by uploading it to your Atlassian application:

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.

  2. Navigate to the Manage apps screen.

  3. Select "Upload app" option.

  4. Search for the downloaded file on your local machine.

  5. Select the file to upload.

  6. The software will now be installed and you can add the License on your administration console.
