For all of the following procedures:

• You must have Edit Issues permission for at least one JIRA project.
• You must have at least one configured Feature Score custom field.
• The configured Feature Score field must be enabled.
• The configured Feature Score field must be present on the screen configured for the issue.
• The configured Feature Score field must be configured in scope of the project and issue type.
