Installation
Prerequisites
You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission to install Feature Score for JIRA.
The plugin is available only for JIRA On-Premise (Server). Please check the Compatibilty Matrix for supported versions
The plugin can be downloaded from Atlassian Marketplace or can be installed through the UPM (Universal Plugin Manager).
Installing add-ons directly from administration console
If you are connected to the Atlassian Marketplace website from your Atlassian application's administration console:
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Navigate to the Manage add-ons screen.
Click Find new add-ons.
Locate Feature Score for JIRA via search.
- Click Free trial to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license.
- Enter necessary information when redirected to MyAtlassian.
- The software will now be installed and you can activate the License.
Installing by file upload
You can install an add-on by uploading it to your Atlassian application:
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Navigate to the Manage add-ons screen.
Select Upload add-on option.
Search for the downloaded file on your local machine.
Select the file to upload.
- The software will now be installed and you can add the License on your administration console.

Re-index
We highly recommend to do a re-index after the add-on installation.
