Update Troubleshooting

Updating the app

If you encounter any error during updating or installing the app:

  1. Stop the LO if running

  2. Disable the app on the “Manage Apps” page

  3. Update the app

  4. Enable the app

  5. Start the LO again


Logging

If you still encounter any issue, please.

  1. Configure in the “Logging and Profiling”, add the “biz.everit” and set the logging level to TRACE or ALL

  2. Try to log in again to the Confluence with more than 5-10 users

  3. Send us the

    1. exported LO analytics

    2. atlassian-confluence.log file
