Installation
Prerequisites
You must have the Confluence System Administrators global permission to install License Optimizer for Confluence.
License Optimizer is compatible with Confluence 7.0 and above.
The app can be downloaded from Atlassian Marketplace or can be installed through the UPM (Universal Plugin Manager).
Installing apps directly from the administration console
If you are connected to the Atlassian Marketplace website from your Atlassian application's administration console:
Log in as a user with the Confluence Administrators global permission.
Navigate to the "Manage apps" screen.
Click "Find new apps".
Locate License Optimizer via search and install it.
Installing by file upload
If you are connected to the Atlassian Marketplace website from your Atlassian application's administration console:
Log in as a user with the Confluence Administrators global permission.
Navigate to the "Manage apps" screen.
Select the "Upload app" option.
Search for the downloaded file on your local machine.
Select the file to upload.
The software will now be installed and you can add the License on your administration console.
