Reports
On the reports view, you can get an overview of your team’s timesheet. Using the user selector you can select multiple members individually or select groups.
You can create monthly reports by selecting the month and date on the top navigation bar. To execute or refresh the report hit the Create button.
Filters
User Picker: you can select one or multiple users or even Jira user groups
Project Filter: select one or multiple projects (🚨 if you filter out projects where the user logged the report won't show the total effort logged by the user)
Display options
Time format of totals
You can choose the display duration format of the total hours:
Pretty (eg. 2w 2d 3h)
Hours (eg. 57h)
Overtime calculation
You can choose how do you want to calculate the overtime hours:
Net Overtime: Calculated as logged hours minus all expected hours for the days worked.
Gross Overtime: Calculated as the total number of hours worked beyond the expected hours for each day.
Table filtering
You can filter down your reports based on these options:
Users with Overtime: Display users who have booked overtime for the selected period
Users with incomplete days: Display users who have at least a day for which no time has been logged at all for the selected period
Users with enabled email notification: Show only those users who receive daily email notifications based on their time model configuration.
Hide today: Hide the current day. This will be only avaliable on the current month.
Columns
User - The Jira user based on the selected users/groups
Expected - expected daily and total working hours, based on the time model
Total - total hours logged in the selected time period
Overtime
The calculate total overtime based on the selected calculation method
Work logged on weekends also counted as overtime
With the ✉️ icon in the last column, you can send instant notifications to a teammate. Missing/incomplete days will be included in the email.
Hint: Use the instant notification if you don’t want to send daily emails to your team members.
