Certain scenarios, like minor version updates, require customers to manually approve our app in the Jira.

In this case follow the steps below:

  • Log in as Jira administrator

  • Navigate to the Apps → Manage apps page

  • Click on Update button

Please note, that the updating process can take some time. If the does not work after a few minutes, contact our support team.
