Timetracker version 4.7.8 or higher is required to access this feature.
Migrated Data
Worklog Attribute
Every worklog attribute will be added in the new instance. If one of the attributes is already existing in the new environment the name will be only updated.
User Cost rates
Default and user cost rate will be added if there is no effective date overlap. In case of overlap, the existing will be updated.
Currency
The migrated data will overwrite the existing.
Global Settings
The migrated data will overwrite the existing.
Global Permissions
The migrated data will overwrite the existing. There is a lookUp for users and groups as well.
User Settings
The user settings of the users who exists in both instance will be overwritten with the migrated data.
Filters
The the users who exists in both instance will be overwritten with the migrated data.
Group User, Version, Component, Issue Type, Priority, Projects, Assignee, Reporter, Status, Resolution will all be also checked if they exist in the new environment as well.
Not Migrated Data
User History won’t be migrated
