You can use decision support capability of Feature Score in any situation when important decisions must be taken on the basis of certain parameters. Let me give you a few examples.

Suppose that you want to buy a new monitor for a colleague. In this case, the possible types can be created as an Issue. For ranking, you can create an unique Feature Score custom field with the important parameters, eg.:
