It depends on the company processes. How often do your users use Jira? Do they just check it several times a day/week for a short time or do they need it constantly?

What happens if the application revokes my access?
If you staying inactive for more than the set Threshold time, License Optimizer will revoke revokes your application access . After then after your next action, the application will check if there is any slot for the chosen service. If there is a free slot you will get access immediately, which means you won’t notice that you haven’t had permission during inactivity. If the service is full you will be navigated to an access revoke page.
