Prerequisites

You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission to install U-Pledge for JIRA.

Installing apps directly from the administration console

In Jira Cloud terms, you buy an app by subscribing to it.

To find and try Timetracker apps:

  1. Select Jira settings > Apps.

  2. Click Find new apps.

  3. Search for U-Pledge.

  4. To try the app, click Get app next to it.
