Installation
Supported Jira versions
Jira Software 8.x and above versions are supported. (You must have the JIRA Agile plugin installed on your JIRA instance.)
Jira Core and Service Desk versions are NOT supported.
Prerequisites
You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission to install Timetracker for JIRA.
The plugin is available only for JIRA On-Premise (Server). Please check the Compatibility page for supported versions
The plugin can be downloaded from Atlassian Marketplace or can be installed through the UPM (Universal Plugin Manager).
Installing apps directly from the administration console
If you are connected to the Atlassian Marketplace website from your Atlassian application's administration console:
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Navigate to the Manage apps screen.
Click Find new apps.
Locate Epic Roadmap for JIRA via search.
- Click Free trial to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license.
- Enter necessary information when redirected to MyAtlassian.
- The software will now be installed and you can activate the License.
Installing by file upload
You can install an add-on by uploading it to your Atlassian application:
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Navigate to the Manage apps screen.
Select the "Upload app" option.
Search for the downloaded file on your local machine.
Select the file to upload.
- The software will now be installed and you can add the License on your administration console.
