The management and all staff of EverIT Kft (Ltd.). understand that the availability and confidentiality of the information we obtain during our operation are key in our organization. This serves our customers’ and our own interests.

Therefore it is the obligation and interest of all our employees that our activities and the software and services we use and develop are in accordance with relevant legislation and standards. The management is fully committed to providing the necessary and sufficient protection of its valuable assets, including IT assets, staff and information storage and processing equipment.

For this reason, the management establishes and operates its Information Security Management System (ISMS). We guarantee that the ISMS is regularly checked, tested and developed according to inner and outer needs and changes. In order to minimise risks, the risk assessment criteria, and risk management plans are regularly reviewed.

The implementation of ISMS processes is evaluated by including and assessing information security objectives in the annual ISMS plan. The objectives are annually updated in line with the ISMS policy. Objectives are measurable and specific (what, who, when and how).

The management ensures the following:

• the resources for the operation of the ISMS are available
• all staff and subcontractors acquaint themselves with the general rules of EverIT Kft. ISMS and are familiar with the exact rights and responsibilities of their own position and duties.
• regular training ensures that all staff knows their rights and responsibilities. Also, additional training is provided after major changes in the ISMS.
• that a suitable security system is established in order to detect threats and viruses
• only licensed software is used
• employees report security incidents for assessment purposes
• by the operation of the Information Security Management System continuity of business is ensured at all times
