Clear Browser cache


In some cases, users need to delete browser cache to resolve issues with refreshing javascript/css. To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Refresh the page with the key combination: Ctrl+F5
  • Erase the browser cache


Re-installing Timetracker


In some cases, users need to re-install the application to resolve issues. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Manage Apps (Jira Settings→ Apps → Manage Apps);
    (info) This session requires JIRA Administrator privileges. See Managing Global Permissions for more details.
  2. At the User-installed apps list locate the Timetracker and click on it;

  3. Click on Uninstall button (Sometimes you need ti Unsubscribe first.)
  4. Navigate to Find New Apps (Administration → Apps → Find new apps);
  5. Search for Timetracker and install it


Re-installing the application will not cause any data loss.
