We're thrilled to share some exciting news! We've added a brand-new feature that lets you check out your teammates' worklogs on the Timeline and Calendar screens.

Now you can see precisely what your teammates have been up to. Simply select a user from the new drop-down menu on either screen and their worklogs will appear. Everything looks the same as overviewing your own worklogs: the timeline items and calendar cards, the expected and logged weekly/monthly hours, empty days in the date picker, etc.

Keep in mind, at the moment, you can only view this information. You won't be able to edit or delete your teammates' worklogs or log work for them. However, we're already working on these features and they'll be available soon!

Who can use it?

Please note to use this feature, you'll need to have the "Permission to report other users' worklogs" Timetracker permission.

In what use case can it be useful?

  • to overview your team members' progression

  • check the timesheet completion rate for others

  • input for daily stand-ups or weekly reports

Minor updates for a smoother experience

Updates for convenience:

  1. Remembering the last viewed screen: The app now remembers the most recent page you visited in Timetracker. So, when you open the app from the main menu, it'll take you straight back to where you left off.

  2. Month picker update: We've added a month selection button on the Issue panel. This means you can quickly and easily navigate to the issues from any month you need.

  1. Extended date picker coloring: To make it even easier to check your progress, we have extended the color indication of the datepicker: 1. Green means, that the logged time is more than or equal to the expected time, 2. Yellow means, that the logged time is less than the expected time on the given day.

Helpful insights

  1. Displaying billable times in tooltips: Now, you can see "Billable" times in the tooltip of the weekly/monthly summaries to track billable hours for your projects.

  1. More data about Epics on Details report: We’re displaying the status and summary of the linked Issues and the Epic Issue in the Details report.

We hope you'll find these updates useful and enjoyable. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out to us.
