Between 2020-10-01 07:03 UTC to 2020-10-01 08:10 UTC, we experienced an outage of our Timetracker for Jira Cloud application due to due to a technical issue in the app’s runtime environment. The issue has been fixed and the app is now operating normally.
The app continuously synchronizes the Issue and worklog data available in Jira using webhooks that are necessary for its operation. Due to the fact that the downtime and the fix took more time than the current webhook retry policy, there may be an inconsistency between the data stored in the customer’s Jira and the data stored on our database. We are working to resolve this condition by resynchronizing the data where it is necessary.
