  • Create and get the Timetracker API Token following this guide: https://docs.everit.biz/timetracker/rest-api

  • Paste the generated token to the configuration page. It will be validated by the Fillchecker app.

  • If the token is valid, you can turn the integration on with the toggle button.

  • Select what feature do you want to use from Timetracker

    • Reporting: Use Timetracker’s endpoint to generate reports faster

    • Special working days: Use configured holidays and special days that configured in Timetracker

    • Non-working Issues and Projects: Use configured non-working Issues and Projects that configured in Timetracker

Time models

With time models, you can split your team into groups based on the expected daily working hours e.g. part-time and full-time employees.

Existing dates can be filtered by years. Provide a year number in the "Filter by year" field to filter the special days down to that year.

Non-working Issues and Projects

This feature is designed to manage non-working, non-billable projects and/or issues. This feature can be useful if you have a dedicated project or issues for non-work activities, eg. for lunch. 

The time logged for these issues and projects can be filtered on the Reporting page.

(info) Non-working hours do not count as overtime! (Hours logged on non-working issues always increase the “Total” column value but never the “Overtime” value.)

Email notifications

You can notify your team members if they didn’t complete the timesheet for the previous day. Email notifications are sent once a day. To send daily notifications, you need to turn on the notifications on the Time model.
