Jira Cloud Migration Assistant
In some earlier version of JCMA app by Atalssian, there were some compatibility issues.
Please make sure, that in the “Manage apps” admin page:
Your UPM is updated to the latest version.
Your “Jira Cloud Migration Assistant” app is updated to the latest version. (If you do not plan to migrate to the cloud, or in the process of migrating, you can also disable this app.)

From Versions 3.13.0 and 4.4.0 Timetracker no longer require "Querydsl Support for JIRA Plugin". We advise you to uninstall it. |
Uninstalling apps
In case of newer versions, the "Querydsl Support for JIRA Plugin" can cause problems due to a previously installed version. In this case please do the following:
- Uninstall all installed versions of the Timetracker plugin
- Uninstall all installed versions of the Querydsl Support for JIRA plugin
- Install the latest Timetracker version
Uninstalling apps by removing its JAR file
In rare cases, you may need to uninstall an app manually, by removing its JAR file from the installation directory. This may be necessary, for example, when troubleshooting issues that may be related to the app.
You can uninstall an app manually by removing its JAR file from the file system.
- Shut down the Jira instance.
- Remove the JAR files from the app directory applicable to your host application. For example:
- Remove the JAR files from your JIRA home directory under:
<jira-home>/plugins/installed-plugins/
org.everit.jira.timetracker.plugin-x.x.x.jar
jira-querydsl-support-x.x.x.jar
- Remove the JAR files from your JIRA home directory under:
- Start the application instance again.
