Hint: If you want to test notifications on a small group, then create a separate time model, and enable notificitations only on that specific group. |
After installing the Fillchecker app, all users will be added to the “Default time model” — which is synchronized with your Jira time tracking settings.
New Jira users will be added to this Time model.
This Time model can’t be removed and all the users you remove from other time models will returned to this group.
A Jira user can belong to a Time model. If you add it to another group, it will be removed from the previous one.
Email notifications
You can notify your team members if they didn’t complete the timesheet for the previous day. Email notifications are sent once a day. To send daily notifications, you need to turn on the notifications on the Time model.
