Selecting billable/non-billabe option for worklogs
Users can set the billable or non-billable status to worklogs when creating or editing them on every screen where they can log or edit their work in Timetracker.

The billing status will be defined based on the default or project level configuration. A new worklog’s default billing status will be set according the the selected Issue that belongs to one of the configured projects. For any other project, the global “Default billing option” configuration will apply.
Viewing and Editing billing option
Users can easily change the billing option on each screen where they can edit their worklogs.
Billing on the Timeline view
The billing option selector is available on the Timeline view as a selectable field.
