Between 2020-10-01 07:03 UTC to 2020-10-01 08:10 UTC, we experienced a degradation in functionality for users attempting to authenticate using Microsoft. This affected Confluence, Jira Core, Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, Opsgenie, Atlassian Developer, Trello, and Atlassian Bitbucket. an outage of our Timetracker for Jira Cloud application due to due to a technical issue in the runtime environment. The issue has been resolved fixed and the service app is now operating normally.

we experienced an outage of our Commerce systems which subsequently brought down marketplace.atlassian.com. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

we experienced an issue that was causing the creation of OAuth apps (3LO) to fail most of the time. The issue has been fixed and the service is operating normally.

There was no impact to the creation of Connect apps or products integrations (Application links over OAuth 1.0a)

we experienced downtime in developer.atlassian.com for API documentation pages and login feature. TThere was no data roaming or data loss at the time of service outage. The app continuously synchronizes the Issue and worklog data available in Jira using webhooks that are necessary for its operation. Due to the fact that the downtime and the fix took more time than the current webhook retry policy, there may be an inconsistency between the data stored in the customer’s Jira and the data stored on our database. We are working to resolve this condition by resynchronizing the data where it is necessary.
